Lenovo's IdeaPad V series laptops are good replacement for desktops and good value for money. It is really popular as compared to other thinkpads. It has shiny aluminium finish, glossy indeed, loaded wtih windows 7 OS. Due to aluminium finish look on lid, it gives this laptop really cutting edge look and stylish.
It has two USB ports, also can be converted into eSata post for high speed transfer. Along with VGA, it also comes with HDMI, great for connecting to TV and watch it on big screen. It also has an SD card slot, gigabit ethernet, wifi N, has 320GB harddisk. The spacing between the keyboard makes it more desirable, and curvy look on keys makes you want to type a lot, that's why i am eager to write on this laptop.
It has fingerprint reader, 15inch glossy display, resolution of 1355x768. It has twich the performance power in comparision to Intel HD graphics. It comes with 2 GB RAM, and also has better battery life.
